Friends coming over.
You’re ready for a living room concert with Adam Beverly!
Experiencing live music in the comfort of your home with friends/family/ neighbors/colleagues is an amazing way to bring people together! Live music is special. Live music in your living room is a unique experience that is worth giving a shot!
Adam has played many living rooms throughout Denmark, Germany and the US! He loves it and see it as one of his favorite concert formats! A typical living room concert consists of around 90 minutes of music split up in two sets…so that people can get more chips, more soda and maybe even change seats😊
Adam is happy to play alone, in an acoustic duo/trio or even an entire band. No stage is needed. Just a corner of the room will work fine! A typical evening could look like this:
7:00pm – guests arrive (snacks, drinks and finding a seat)
7:45pm – music starts
8:30pm – intermission
9:00pm – music starts again
10:00pm – music ends
Here are some typical questions and answers:
My living room is small so there can only be 15-20 people. Is that too small?
- No problem. 15-20 still makes for a great experience. Less than 15 works but it gets pretty quaint😊 More than 20? No problem…the more the merrier!
How loud is it?
- I/we play acoustic instruments (except for the piano) and we like it to sound acoustic. Sometimes we bring a small PA system to ensure good sound for the entire room. The speakers are small and are only there to spread the sound, not to blast out the windows😊
How much does it cost?
- When my wife and I host concerts in our house each guest pays $20. That money goes straight to the performer. That is price that I expect when I am the artist. As hosts we like to provide snacks and drinks for free. Some host sell drinks for a small price. How you want to do it is up to you.
